これはすべての男女を指します。英語では年齢に関係なく、boys and girlsです。

80代、90代の方々に対してでも、a good boy / a good girl と言うのは、素晴らしい誉め言葉です。

"the fishes"

日本の学校教育では、「魚は不可算名詞です」と教えることが多いですが、実は「可算名詞」でもあります。

日常でよく目にする「魚の切り身」は、魚として数えようがないので「不可算名詞」で、この歌詞にあるように、海に生きる魚たちは「可算名詞」です。

というわけで、サビの部分は、下のような意味になります。

世界に喜びを

さあ、すべての男と女に

深く青い海に住むすべての魚たちに

あなたとわたしに、喜びを

陸に住む動物と、空を飛ぶ鳥が含まれていませんが、生きとし生けるものに喜びがあるようにと願いが込められています。

Holy Mighty God, even when I’m broken I know that you are at work. Even when my eyes are full of tears I know that you are in control.

I ask for your comfort and healing. Please give me the guidance to do the right things.
